DJ Ian Thomas, a current resident of Norfolk, Virginia, has been spinning electronic dance music since the year 2000, and, to further delve into the science of music, started producing his own original electronic tracks in 2002. Being open to all forms of electronic music, he utilizes a broad range of electronic genres, spanning from Trance to Drum & Bass, to establish a connection with his audience. Presently possessing a deep infatuation for the funky beat, this breakbeat enthusiast will be found dropping an energetic and high-octane blend of Nu Skool, Florida and Funky Breaks in his mixes. Turntablism, as well, is a profound inspiration for DJ Ian Thomas. His goal is to blur the line between a Turntablist and a Mix DJ by incorporating scratching and beat juggling into his live performances and recorded mix sets. The idea that he possesses the power to invoke excitement, energy, and enjoyment within another human being through the analog manipulation of sound is what fuels his passion for this art. ** Update: November 19, 2005. **I
